The 2018 Year of Dog Lunar New Year Firecracker Festival is hosted by Better Chinatown U.S.A. This is the 19th annual firecrackers festival so there'll be a lot of people and different booths set up. It's a fun event for everyone and it's to celebrate the Lunar New Year, the year of the dog!
We'll basically be helping Better Chinatown unload the decorations, help set up the booths, help with the performances and the firecracker ceremony, and helping clean up and reload the decorations.

If you arrive after the check-in time, just call Janice and she'll tell you where to go and what job to do!! This will result in a deduction of points if you are late.
Check-In Location: Sara Roosevelt Park by Grand St. & Chrystie St. ( in front of the handball courts and across the subway station)
